Delivery & Fulfillment +
Valgard Works products are prepared and fulfilled according to product availability and production requirements. Order processing is generally 3-7 business days. Made-to-order products may require approximately 20-40 business days for production before shipment. Large items may ship by freight and may require delivery scheduling. Actual timing may vary by product, destination, and carrier.
Returns +
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to Valgard Works return eligibility requirements. Approved returns must generally be unused and in like-new condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Made-to-order or custom products that have entered production may not be eligible for return. Please contact Meravene before initiating any return.

Valgard Works products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser, subject to Valgard Works warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements.
