For covered manufacturing defects, Valgard Works may provide repairs, replacement parts, component replacements, or another appropriate remedy.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and damage caused by environmental factors.
Warranty service is subject to Valgard Works' official warranty terms.

Valgard Works products are prepared and fulfilled according to product availability and production requirements. Order processing is generally 3-7 business days. Made-to-order products may require approximately 20-40 business days for production before shipment. Large items may ship by freight and may require delivery scheduling. Actual timing may vary by product, destination, and carrier.
Returns +
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to Valgard Works return eligibility requirements. Approved returns must generally be unused and in like-new condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Made-to-order or custom products that have entered production may not be eligible for return. Please contact Meravene before initiating any return.
